Came for the degree, stayed for the memories (and somehow passed). 🎓

After 13 years, I’m officially hanging the goggles up for good.

This has been an incredible journey throughout the majority of my life, and words will never be able to describe how much swimming has meant to me. Through the highs and the lows and the uncertainties of if I would ever even swim again; I couldn’t have asked for a better career, a better meet to go out on, or better teammates across every team I’ve ever been apart of. I want to thank my parents for supporting me through every moment of it, every coach that has ever had a role to play in my training, and each and every one of my teammates, whether pictured or not, for how much you’ve meant to me throughout this wild ride. I also want to thank and praise God for giving me the abilities that I’ve had, and the opportunities to advance His mission because of swimming.

Big things to come in the future. In the meantime, I’ll be enjoying some green pastures and quiet streams for a while (Psalm 23).

Thank you swimming.

2025 recap: Most insane year of my life. Dropped out of college. Caught a bunch of fish. Started a crazy new job. Lost my best friend. Bought my first vehicle. Got married. Found out we’re having a son. Travelled the world. Went back to college and graduated. Failed a million times. Got back up every time.

Thank you God for blessing this little family of mine

2026 is gonna be huge!

I had the honor and the privilege of being the maid of honor at my amazing sister’s wedding this July 24th, (2025). I love her so much and it was truly a blessing to witness her marriage with one of the most hardworking and ✨special✨ people I know 😊
@jrope.7 I know you’ll take great care of her, I’m so happy to call you my brother-in-law 💖
@zar_x33 I’m so incredibly happy for you (my only sister🥲) and I know God has great things in store for you both 💙 with extra love from me, I know you’ll be so happy ❤️
