Huge appreciation to my bru @jackblake.today for the sailing invitation this week.

We've had such an incredible time cruising with @voyagecharters all around the BVIs. It's amazing all the things you can do on a boat for a week. We've had adventure, relaxation, community, solitude, music, quiet, sun burns, and cold water. Sailing (bc of Jack) has become one of my favorite things to do.... ⛵️⛵️

Just wanted to say a big thanks before I start going through the 300 gigs (!!!!) of photos and videos. Such an incredible week! 🧡⛵️🌅

In the Bhagavad Gita they say, "The mind under control is your best friend, the mind wandering about is your worst enemy."
-
Make it your best friend, to the point where you can rely on it. Your mind makes you strong from within. It is your wise companion.
-
If you can tame your mind by quelling the tangets, thoughts and distractions, then you will have control of the most efficient vehicle you can go through life in.
-
If you can grab the wheel of your mind, then you can steer the direction of where your life will go.
-
5 minutes in ice, regularly, keeps the mind in its place, and you in control.
