I finally tried @benziedesign felt, and here’s my honest take!

I was nervous about dissolving the stick and stitch paper, but the color didn’t bleed onto my thread at all. It did come out a hair lighter and shrank just a smidge, but not enough to notice or keep me from lining up the backing and blanket stitching the shapes together.

How it compares to synthetic felt I normally recommend:
💰 Benzie is a little more expensive
🎨 The colors are beautiful
✨ It’s a great choice for heirloom quality projects you want to last

My verdict? My usual felt is still a great budget-friendly option, but Benzie is worth it when you want something extra special.

“Let’s have a parade!” This year is the 100th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and I wanted to celebrate in a BIG (and sort of small) way! The Thanksgiving Pom Parade is a miniature tabletop version of the iconic event and is now available as a FREE tutorial at benziedesign.com. ✨
