Introducing The Still Room — A New Chapter at The Well.

Delighted to share a little look at our latest interior design project — a beautiful new addition to The Well café.

Steeped in history, a traditional still room was once an important part of grand country houses and castles. Often located adjoining the kitchen, these rooms were used for preparing jams and preserves, drying herbs, baking and creating homemade remedies.

Taking inspiration from this little piece of history, and the beautiful old building that The Well calls home, The Still Room brings a new dimension to the café.

A warm, welcoming and comfortable space, thoughtfully designed with cosy seating and inviting corners. Somewhere to catch up with friends over coffee, enjoy a little time to yourself or simply sit back and soak up the atmosphere.

A space that feels both familiar and special, with its own unique character.

✨ Don’t judge a book by its cover. ✨

You might see the glam, the smile, the outfit, and the confidence… but you don’t always see what’s happening underneath.

Some days, looking put together is the only thing I can manage. Some days, I may look perfectly fine while quietly dealing with pain, exhaustion, symptoms, or a hidden disability that nobody can see.

On my way to the Marty Party 2026, I thought I’d share a little health update, despite looking very glam I haven’t been feeling very well lately & after I get back from this trip I’m having more surgery, in the great care of the team in the Mater Private. All will be well, for now I’ll share some Marty party fun.
