This one’s personal.

I lost a grandparent to breast cancer.

So this October, we’re not just posting pink. We’re showing up.

This Saturday, The Wellness Takeover is walking with The Berg Collective at the Susan G. Komen Greater NYC walk. We’re out there for every survivor, and for everyone we’ve lost.

SAT 10.24 · Foley Square · 8:30 AM

1 in 8 U.S. women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. It doesn’t only affect women: more than 2,500 men are diagnosed every year.

And the good news is that over 4 million survivors are living in the U.S. today. Early detection matters.

We made a free guide for our community: practical ways to lower your risk, the signs to act on, and when to get screened. Grab the PDF at the link in bio.
Can’t make it Saturday? Donate, share this, and check on the people you love.
Know your body. Know your risk. Get screened.

Wellness is taking over. And it’s for you.

Comment “WELLNESS” for the PDF‼️

I’ve been curating black joy annually since my days working at Facebook in the bay circa 2018. And after all these years, this year may be my favorite 🤩!! These events we’ve put together were specifically curated with you in mind. We also wanted to elevate the experience for conference attendees, using some of the newest, and most immaculate venues and restaurants in the city.

We hope that you leverage these opportunities to learn, grow your network, and have some unadulterated pure adult millennial fun.

From shrimp crab & lobster at one of my fav houston restaurants @provarerestaurants, to experiencing the musical greatness and full live band experience of @thisisthesession , to a trip down memory lane to our collegiate days with @roscoedash, we’ll be highlighting some incredible talent, partner missions, and some of the best Houston has to offer. As TD Jakes would say 🗣️Get rdy get rdy get rdy lol

Thank you to all of our amazing partners for consistently trusting in the @charlesbelovedproductions vision! Comment “Motion” for a direct link to rsvp, purchase tickets, or secure your sections 🍾 . Rest up now fam, trust me! See yall next month 🫶🏾😪😮‍💨

I rated every job app I use out of 10. Indeed got a 4. Didn’t expect that either.

Turns out the apps with the biggest user base aren’t the best ones — they’re just the most crowded. More people applying means your resume gets buried faster.

The one that scored highest? illTip. 9.2/10. Way less noise, way easier to actually get seen.

Download i’llTip app and start applying for jobs now. Link in bio

What app would you rate the lowest? Tell me below 👇

Amplified Intelligence. One room. One day. And a whole lot of people who
showed up ready.

Thank you to every single person who walked through those doors — the speakers who gave us the real answers instead of the safe ones, the attendees who stood up and asked the hard questions, and the folks who
were still trading numbers in the hallway an hour after we wrapped.

Swipe through. This is what moving at the speed of thought actually
looks like. 🖤

It’s been a month. We’re still hearing about it.

Amplified Intelligence was one room, one day, and a couple hundred people who showed up ready — and the messages haven’t stopped since. The hallway intro that turned into a call. The idea somebody scribbled down mid-panel
that’s a real thing now. That’s the part you can’t put on a run-of-show.

So here’s the day, in 60 seconds.

Thank you to the speakers who gave us the real answers instead of the safe ones — @frankcnbc, @justinit4fun_, @maker.be @pgevol,@llcoolblaze, @eruyter, @rich1911 @sixwordsofpoetry . To the attendees who stood up and asked the hard
questions.

To @bergcollective and the whole team who took this from a doc to a
day.

And to our partners @openai @squarespace @betterment
@itsgeniuspotential @blacktechmeetup for backing a room that looked like
this one.

Sound on. This is what moving at the speed of thought actually looks
like. 🖤

From a @bergcollective event to “I Do.” ❤️

We first met the groom at a BERG Collective event, where he tried our oxtail for the very first time. What started as a simple plate of food turned into a connection we’ll never forget.

Fast forward to today, and we had the honor of catering one of the most important days of his life.

Moments like these remind us that food is more than a meal, it brings people together, creates memories, and becomes part of life’s biggest celebrations.

Thank you for trusting Oseno Jerk to be a part of your love story. Congratulations to the beautiful couple on your new journey together. 🥂✨

Our secret ingredient is LOVE.

People see the Photoshop posts. They don’t always see what’s happening behind them.

Here’s a little peek at summer at the Adobe office. Happy Hour, Juneteenth celebrations, BERG connections, good food, good people.

I don’t make it in often, but when I do… it’s worth it. Until next time. ✨
