This summer I had the pleasure to take part in @operabythefjord where I participated in a week-long production of Carmen and Le nozze di Figaro. During this week we also had an Aria concert with an Orchestra which is what you can hear here! Here is Lensky's aria from Tchaikovsk's Opera Eugene Onegyn. @bergennasjonaleopera

This summer I got to sing some of the most beautiful music I know: “Ave Maria” from Otello by Verdi with the incredible musicians at @operabythefjord led by @jakub.grzybowski_

For me, this aria serves as a powerful reminder of the strength it takes to believe in goodness, even when it isn’t returned. Desdemona represents a quiet resilience and an unwavering belief in humanity—something we can all draw inspiration from, especially in a world that needs empathy and kindness now more than ever.🤍

Libretto: Bjørn Sortland, Regi: Erik Ulfsby, Dirigent: Ingar Bergby. Gledar meg til framhaldet.

✨️Le nozze di Figaro✨️

I had the most wonderful time this June singing Susanna at @operabythefjord and I would like to say a big thank you to @bergennasjonaleopera for arranging and making this possible! It is a week that I will cherish💕

I also want to thank our incredible coaches Peter Mattei, Solveig Kringlebotn, @saschagoetzel, @ivartindberg, @eivindgj, @audreysaintgil and @annterese.choreodir whose guidance and encouragement were endless.

What made everything extra special was having the best cast mates one could wish for, I hope to see you all soon again!! ❤️
