Take a look inside my DREAM KITCHEN with four details that I think make it pretty great. 🥰 It’s no surprise that details from our @hestanhome appliances made the list. When we started this remodel I’d never heard of the Hestan brand. We visited the @purcellmurray showroom in the SF design district and were able to learn more about many different upscale appliances and home products that aren’t available anywhere else in the Bay Area. We were immediately drawn to the commercial grade quality and thoughtful design of Hestan. Using their fridge, freezer, range, and dishwasher on a daily base has been a true joy. I also love the @hestanculinary Nanobond cookware set that was *gifted* to us. They have non-stick properties without the cancerous chemicals AND they are dishwasher safe! Oh and Chef Thomas Keller cooks on Hestan at The French Laundry and Per Se, so I’m in good company. Now fast forward two years and I’ve had the opportunity to partner with Hestan for the launch of their amazing Campania pizza oven. Check some of my previous #ASideofHome posts and stories highlight for more about that. Talk about things coming full circle! 🍕 If you’re doing a kitchen remodel, the Purcell Murray showroom should be your starting place! I just can’t say enough great things about how helpful they were and how much we learned. We also ended up getting our kitchen faucets and sink there too. Let me know if you have any questions about our remodel and if you’d like to see more details from our dream kitchen! #kitchenremodel #kitchendesign #cornerofmyhome #bhgstylemaker #hestanpartner #aspirebyhestan #hestan

Kelly Huibregtse – Wescover Design Ambassador, photographer, and NICU physician – recently came across Bergontwerp’s “Porcelain Pendants” while sourcing for a warm lighting design on Wescover! Made with translucent bone china porcelain, @bergontwerp handcrafts each pendant light with care in their Dutch studio. Every single light is unique as creators mold the form in clay by hand, creating beautiful irregularities on its surface and form. Explore more of Bergontwerp’s pieces on Wescover and don’t forget to use the 10% discount exclusively for Trade Members! . . . . . . #asideofsweet #asideofhome #kitchenremodel #interiordesign #tradeprogram #wescovertrade #marblebacksplash #porcelainlighting #pendantlighting #kitchenlighting #bonechina #dutchdesign #dutchinteriors

Realizing we chose the wrong pendants was literally a lightbulb moment 💡😆 We were dismayed to find our original “exposed bulb” pendants blinded us when we turned them on. Even a dimmer wasn’t enough. I scoured the internet to find a replacement and I had almost given up when I found these @bergontwerp pendants on @wescoverapp . They are incredibly delicate and handmade in the Netherlands out of bone china. They are truly a stunning addition to our kitchen - and they emit a soft light that doesn’t make our eyeballs hurt! Have you ever made a remodeling mistake like this? We’re learning as we go so I’d love your tips! #ASideofHome #interiordesign #kitchenremodel #beforeandafter #navycabinets #marblebacksplash #cornerofmyhome #kitchendesign #pendantlights #kitchenlighting
