@beringseaband is an instrumental rock trio from Seattle WA, blending post-rock and metal, influenced by the wilderness, beauty, and sometimes brutality of the Pacific Northwest. Or maybe its sailor metal, or smooth metal.

This is Noise Complaint, @thestrangerseattle ‘s new audio and video music podcast featuring live performances right here at The Stranger HQ.

For Noise Complaint band submissions email us at podcasts@noisycreek.com. Thanks to @reanimatedmusic for the backline!

New release day:
…and a BANDCAMP FRIDAY!
My solo project Hellvetika is so proud to release a collection of tracks alongside Seattle’s own @beringseaband today entitled, “Endurance”. Get aboard and sail off on an icy adventure.

The Endurance was the three-masted barquentine used by Sir Ernest Shackleton for the 1914–1917 Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition. Though specifically built for icy conditions, she became trapped and was eventually crushed by pack ice, sinking in the Weddell Sea on 21 November 1915.

For fans of:
Karma to Burn, Cloudkicker, Russian Circles, Pelican and the like.
