Welcome to Baylor Berkeley! We are so excited you chose to be a part of the Moody School of Education @bayloruniversity !
•
Why did you choose Baylor? Or specifically the Moody School of Education?
“I chose Baylor because I love how community and building genuine relationships is so valued and encouraged! I love how the Moody SOE prepares you to be in the classroom from the very start and allows you to leave not only with a teacher certification, but also a whole year of student teaching experience.”
•
Why do you want to become a teacher?
“I’ve wanted to be a teacher from a very young age! My second-grade teacher created an environment in her classroom that made learning so fun and engaging. I’ve always said that I want to be like her when I become a teacher. Elementary school is such a sweet season of life, and I already can’t wait to make an impact on my future students!!”
•
What are you most looking forward to for your time at Baylor?
“I am so excited to finally get to campus and be there for good!! I’m also so excited to find a church and get plugged into activities on campus!!
