EPD and @berklee.emc recently had the opportunity to host electronic music producer MUERTE! He gave both a career talk and a production talk, answering students’ questions on breaking into and persisting within the electronic music scene and then sharing sound design and sampling wisdom. He also hosted feedback sessions, meeting with EPD students to provide some critique on their works in progress - he was super impressed with everything he heard! AND he had the chance to record some of his compositions performed by Berklee strings players, arranged and conducting by EPD student Soitmatua Ole Musa! 💥⚡️🎧

If you told me coming into music school that I’d have the honor of hosting two of my greatest artistic influences, I’d have to pinch myself to check if I was awake

So grateful for @epdberklee and @berklee.emc for giving me the platform to do this

And massive thanks to @officialvirtualriot and @vjneurite for making my final weeks at Berklee one to remember

@berklee.emc, you are all incredible creatives and I am so thankful you gave me a soapbox to stand on. I hope you learned a ton, and I hope I met your expectations as a guest speaker. Felt only right that the man (@safko_dsp) that helped me become an artist way way back at @uflorida came to support me too. It felt like a @digitalaudiocollective meeting again, except even better. Bucket list item forsure! Can’t wait to hang with all of you in the future again!
