Paneer Butter Masala

This one uses @mumbai.spiceworks Instant Paneer Butter Masala to make the process super simple!

Ingredients:
* 2 tbsp Mumbai Spiceworks Instant Paneer Butter Masala
* ½ cup milk
* 2 tbsp ghee or butter
* 2 tomatoes, grated or blended
* 3 tbsp butter
* 250g paneer
* Water, as needed
* Fresh coriander, to garnish
* Fresh cream, for drizzling

Method:
Mix the Instant Paneer Butter Masala with the milk. The mixture will be quite runny, and that’s exactly what you want for this recipe.

Heat the ghee or butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the grated or blended tomatoes. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the oil separates.

Reduce the heat and add the masala mixture. Stir well and simmer for 4 minutes.

Add the butter and paneer, then add a little water to reach your preferred gravy consistency. Mix everything together and simmer for another minute.

Garnish with fresh coriander, then finish with a drizzle of cream before serving❤️
