They said: “Let’s create a fitness race that anyone can train for.”

So naturally, we decided to:
• Run 8km 🚨
• Ski until the lungs resign
• Push a sled that hates us
• Pull it back because apparently suffering once wasn’t enough
• Jump, row, carry, lunge… repeat the regret
• Finish with 100 wall balls while negotiating with our legs

And between every station…

1km run. Because apparently we needed a break from suffering. 😂

HYROX: where paying money to suffer somehow becomes a hobby. 🥵🔥

First HYROX experience. Less than a month into HYROX training, and what an experience it was.

I had a blast and enjoyed every moment, the highs, the failures, and the setbacks. Every challenge was part of the journey.

A huge shoutout to my race partner @bernababourached sharing this experience with you made every challenge more enjoyable

I wouldn’t have done it without the support of @beirutperformancecenter
A community like this pushes you beyond your limits and brings out the best in you.

First step into a big adventure…
