🇬🇧 Not quite finished…and already bringing home hardware! 🥉 Today we brought Bernard Lee’s 1958 MGA 1500 to British Car Day — and came home with 3rd in Class – Participants’ Choice! 🏆 This restoration originally began at Restoration E30 Auto Plus before the sale of my CARSTAR Oakville East location and the winding down of the restoration operation. The remaining work was taken on between CARSTAR Oakville West and AUTOPRO Oakville — and the best part is, she’s still not 100% finished! 😁 Rick McGraw from AUTOPRO Oakville was there to accept the award, presented by Toronto Triumph Club. A special thank you to Rick McGraw and Chris Diamond for taking this project on and continuing the work to get Bernard’s MGA to where it is today. 👏 And a big thank you to Wayne and Debbie for, as always, hosting the after-party! 🍻🇬🇧 Always a great way to finish off British Car Day with good friends, good food and a few more car stories. 😁 Congratulations Bernard — and great work by everyone who has been part of bringing this beautiful MGA back to life. 🇬🇧 #BritishCarDay #MGA #MGA1500 #MG #ClassicCars CarRestoration BritishCars AUTOPROOakville CARSTAROakvilleWest Oakville
