Ok jk lol, no hate at all to the gorgeous decor at @grumpybagels . It just means I'll be visiting again after Christmas! 🤪

Was my first time here and their B.E.C bagel absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend the beef bacon over the smoked chicken ham cos they're so generous 🥹🥹

And drive tip: you need to park at the open park spaces BEFORE you reach Grumpy Bagels. It's a one way road and if you miss them, good luck. 🥲

Everytime I go to Crosserie, I must definitely have the Chocolate Banana Caramel and the Financier. Trust me, their pastries and cakes are worth the calories.

Stepping into 28 with my heart full 💕

I’ve always had a lot to be grateful for. I grew up never wanting for more, surrounded by love. And now at 28, that continues to hold true.

I may not have everything I’ve dreamt of having at 28, but I sure have enough of it to know that I’m fortunate beyond words. My dream job, one of my dream cars, the best friends a girl could ask for, and a truly colourful life led up to this very moment, learning, loving, and telling baby me that everything will figure itself out just fine.

Here’s to 28, and more after that. 🎂🥂

Putting the "Best Nasi Lemak in PJ" to the test 🤪 (Life-saving tip below ⚠️)

Right off the bat, the guys at @nasilemakshop.my put up a serious fight for the title. Everything about the nasi lemak ayam was praiseworthy - from the balanced sambal, the generous crispy yet juicy fried chicken with lots of turmeric, to the perfectly cooked rice (although I think the rice could've been more fragant). Sambal sotong was a flop for me.

I heard they have pretty good bingsu! I'm on a diet and restrained myself, but please do get one and let me know in the comments 🥲🥲

I don't know what's with kopitiam cum cafes these days, but I like what I see. Interior design-wise, there are similarities with Guan's - both feature white tiles, wooden chairs, large white signage with bold black fonts, and a splash of pastel green thrown in for balance. (And both serve good nasi lemak lol)

Parking at the Oasis Business Center is ridiculously scarce. There just isn't any carpark at all, and I wouldn't park by the roadsides cos'of the summons. Instead, try parking at the BU3 Community Hall a short walk away. It's free access and has ample space for everyone. You can thank me when you get there 😉
