We’re Masters. We don’t slow down. We show up. We’re not spectators. We participate.
We’re excited to be part of Open Masters Games in Abudhabi. 38 spots, many thousands of participants. Excited to be there, make and meet new friends. Do some sightseeing.
I’m going for pool and open water swimming.
Excited about the first open Masters in the region.

World Masters Games, like Olympics, are held once in four years. The games after 2017, Auckland games were supposed to be in Kansai, Japan in 2021. But was postponed due to COVID.
And the 2025 games were just concluded in Taipei, Taiwan. I got a whopping, record haul of 9 medals.
Kansai is given to hold the postponed games in 2027. I need to defend my medals or better, improve on them.
I have started practice with two set targets.
1. Go for formal training which I never had.
2. Get physically stronger with toned muscles.
Kansai! Here We Come!
