What a weekend ❤️.

The new pumptrack in Aberfoyle is now open. With new trails at the bike park also coming in the next few weeks.

Massive thank you to everyone who made this possible.

@dmbins , @scottishcycling, @sportscotland_ and their cycling facilities fund, @shimano_uk, shimano_eu a @madison.cycles through the Shimano TrailBorn fund, Forth Valley CLLD and their volunteer local action group and @lomondtrossachs.

Also our local nature stone legends @tradstocks_westwood, @bikescapeuk for designing and constructing an incredible facility and our trail association @biketrossachstrailassociation,

Come visit Aberfoyle and give it a go, what a facility and setting with more to come. 🙌

13 legends were out in the drizzle yesterday doing two very important jobs on Rodeo.

The "big rut" was getting soft and narrow, so we squared it all out and rock-armoured it so that it holds up better.

Further to avoiding sections that are badly-worn and on the fall line, there is a very fresh section of trail on Rodeo middle that needs to be ridden in.

Please turn your wheels upon it so that we can add seven turns where there used to be two.

Our next event is on Sunday 8th February. Hope to see you there.

Another solid group of legends out for our June trail maintenance day reinstating the trail at the top of Don't Eat the Bat following the harvesting earlier in the year.

Plenty of solid trail built and drainage implemented.

Our next trail maintenance day is on Saturday 5th July. We'll hopefully see you there.

Thirteen folk out in the sun tuning up the fresh section on lower Rodeo today. Many hands make light work.

It even got the @stu_thomson XC bike seal of approval.

Our next trail maintenance day is Sunday 8th June. Hope to see you there 🙏

When you’re not expecting it, a cheeky UV hit is a rather fine thing ! Scottish inversion vs. Welsh inversion all within 2 weeks.

The rain couldn't dampen the squad spirits for getting stuck into Rodeo lower on Saturday. That's the full length of this trail now given the love this year.

Thirteen pairs of hands make light work.

We'll see you on December 8th for the next round.

Rodeo got more love on Sunday with more hands on deck to improve drainage and help the trail run better all year round.

Thanks again to the squad for getting stuck in.

We'll go again on Saturday 2nd November.

Rodeo got the love today with a serious shift put in by the legendary eleven pairs of hands that ignored the rain.

Lots of drainage sorted on the top half of Rodeo, with soft/wet spots backfilled and drained where appropriate.

Our next trail maintenance day will be Saturday 7th September. Hopefully see you there.
