A LITTLE QUIET OVER HERE
I haven’t posted much lately, but that’s because I’ve been bloody busy! 😂

I’ve been a guest speaker at a networking event, held my own networking and co-working days, and had the absolute pleasure of being part of an incredible breathwork & sound bath collaboration with @sakuraholistics_ely

And apparently I haven’t taken many photos either 🤦‍♀️

All of that alongside my usual PT clients, classes and everything else that keeps me on my toes.

There’s also some VERY exciting things happening behind the scenes. I am not quite ready to share yet, but big news coming very soon, so keep your eyes peeled. And in the meantime, check out my stories for a few sneak peeks.

We’ve just revealed the beautiful new artwork that the very talented local illustrator @berry.illustrates has been working on for us.

As many of you will know, supporting local businesses is very close to our hearts and part of everything we do here at Ely Work Collective. Our artwork is no different! We wanted to add to our amazing collection from @emily_palmer_illustration with something inspired by the plants in the office. If you’ve visited us before, you know the plants are very much part of the experience at Ely Work Collective, so we felt they deserved their own artwork!

Berry, took our very loose brief 😬 and ran with it! She managed to create a piece that’s exactly how we pictured it, no mean feat! So thank you so much to the incredibly talented @berry.illustrates!

Some of you may have already got your hands on a physical copy of The Wibbly Wobbly Ones, and we're so thrilled that it's out in the world 💚

We've also put together a digital version that you can download to your phone or device, so we're providing a reminder of what it's all about and how you download it 🫶

So the stories are written by our CEO, Gela, and she draws on her wealth of experience as a special school headteacher and from providing Adenydd services in schools and homes 🫂

They are each educational advice, but in a way that is engaging and easy to understand, instead of lots of clinical theory – the teachings are more about practical solutions parents, teachers, and professionals can use straightaway 🧩

What makes this book so visually exciting is the work of the incredibly talented @berry.illustrates so check out her other work if you love what she's done as well ❤

To download the book, simply go to our website and look for a pop-up: https://adenydd.org/

After a few seconds, it should appear, and you will be able to download your guide by providing an email address, this will sign you up to our mailing list for Adenydd-related updates, but you will also be able to opt out easily anytime 🌟

As we come closer to the Wibbly Wobbly Ones books getting to the hands of those who need them, we want to introduce a few of the characters 💚

Starting with Tearful Taylor, who is in a tearful survival state overwhelmed with her surroundings – embarrassed and worried about standing out, she hides it from others which leads to her isolating herself from peers anyway 😢

But in the Wibbly Wobbly Ones book, you'll find out how to help her or a child like her - giving her the confidence to do things like skateboarding 🛹
