🍂 Today marks the Autumn Equinox, when day and night find balance and harvest looms. Today we plan for the grapes we will soon receive, and the colder months ahead. Today we look back to Summer with gratitude, appreciating every warm moment. Today we honor this transition from light to dark.

🍑 Toast the holiday with us! Our Bestiary (Malvasia) Ambra is the perfect way to celebrate. This dry amber wine is lush with peach and elderflower notes. The label features an illustration of Autumn, a Georgian sculpture by Merab Berdzenishvili that was gifted to Grand Traverse County in 1989 to commemorate its bountiful agricultural connection with our sister region of Mtskheta, Georgia.

Images of flowers, always delight my eye. I realized photographing peacocks with all feathers extended is a lesson in patience.
