f*** the voice in your head telling you to give up.

my fitness consistency streak is sitting at 208 weeks… it’s so crazy to think that I’m only here today because I decided to try again after failing so many times.

4 years of showing up every single week & 1 year of running 🥇

come hit my final week of workouts with me as I cross the year 4 finish line 🏁

happy fit birthday to me 🦋

WEEKLY SPLIT:
2 lower body
1 upper body
1 full body
3 core sessions
3 cardio sessions
- including 1 run
*on repeat every week*

if I can do it, you can do it!

***the audio in the beginning is from 3 months ago, I wanted to give up so bad***

I can’t believe I actually look forward to my runs

It’s only been 5 weeks of outdoor running and I’ve already come such a long way 🥹 this was definitely my best run yet!

I can’t believe that this time last year I struggled to run 3-5 minutes without stopping… now I’m crushing a 25 minute outdoor run 🥇

next stop is 30 minutes!!! 🏁

not sacrificing my fitness goals even on busy travel weeks is a top tier feeling 🥹

Saturday was incredibly busy, but absolutely worth it to hit my fitness goals. Never will I EVER do a 3-a-day again though…
