POV: A small local business from Red Deer took a BIG leap to Edmonton… 🥹🧋💚 When we opened our second Bestea branch inside the University of Alberta, we’ll be honest… we had SO many worries and anxiety. 🥺 We kept asking ourselves: “Will U of A students support us?” “Will they love Bestea the way Red Deer does?” “Will people even give our little local brand a chance?” But instead of worrying, we decided to focus, work hard, and keep doing our best. 💪🏻 We continue to prioritize: ✨ Genuine customer service 🧋 Quality drinks & ingredients ❤️ Consistency in every cup 📋 Making sure our U of A team follows the Bestea standards And slowly but surely… YOU started showing up for us. 🥹 To every U of A student who has ordered from us, brought a friend, posted us, recommended us, or simply came back for another drink— THANK YOU. 🥹❤️ You have no idea how much your support means to a local business from Red Deer trying to make its way in Edmonton. From Red Deer → U of A Edmonton, we’re just getting started. 🧋✨ 📍Bestea — Students’ Union Building (University of Alberta, Edmonton) 📍Bestea — downtown Red Deer (Main Branch) If you’re a U of A student, tag the friend who needs to try Bestea! 👇🏻 #ualberta #UofA #UAlbertaStudents #UniversityOfAlberta #uofawildcats EdmontonLocal SupportLocal ShopLocalYEG YEGFoodie BubbleTea Boba EdmontonBubbleTea RedDeerBusiness AlbertaBusiness LocalBusiness

Some days, you’re exhausted. Some days, you REALLY don’t feel like showing up. Some days, you wonder if it’s all worth it. But those are the days that count the most. 💚 Running a food truck can be REALLY tiring—long hours, early mornings, late nights, loading, unloading, setting up, packing everything back up… 😮‍💨🚚 But we show up anyway. Because dreams don’t build themselves. You show up, even on the days you don’t want to. One event. One customer. One cup at a time. 🧋✨ If you’re building something right now and today is one of those days… THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO KEEP GOING. ❤️ 👇 Comment “SHOW UP” if you’re choosing to keep going. 📌 Save this for the days you need the reminder. 📲 Send this to someone who needs to hear it today. Show up anyway. Your future self will thank you. 💚 #ualberta #uofastudents #reddeer #reddeeralberta #supportlocalYEG

✨ WE FINALLY GOT OUR OFFICIAL TRADEMARK! ®️🧋 From making bubble tea at home during COVID to opening our first shop, joining events, launching our food truck, expanding to U of A—and now officially protecting the BESTEA® name. 💚 Six years of hard work, sacrifices, challenges, and dreams—all leading to this moment. 🥹 A dream built from scratch, one cup at a time. 🥹🧋 Thank you to everyone who has supported our family and our journey. This milestone means so much to us. ❤️ BESTEA® — officially trademarked and protected. ✨ For clarity, we are not affiliated with any other store or business using the BESTEA name. We are currently in the process of addressing the use of the BESTEA name by another store through the appropriate channels. Thank you for supporting the original BESTEA® and our locally owned family business. 💚🧋 Official Branches: 📍Bestea — University of Alberta (Students’ Union Building) Edmonton,AB 📍Bestea — Downtown Red Deer (Main Branch) 📍FoodTruck From our kitchen to Alberta — this is our story. ✨ #UofA #RedDeer #universityofalberta #OfficialTrademark #YEG SupportLocal FamilyBusiness AlbertaBusiness SmallBusinessJourney BubbleTea Edmonton UofA RedDeer

POV: You started making bubble tea at home during COVID… and somehow ended up here. 🥹💚🧋 2021: Making Bestea drinks at home in Grande Prairie as a little side hustle. Then we took a BIG chance. 🥹 ➡️ Moved to Red Deer ➡️ Opened our very first Bestea branch ➡️ Started joining carnivals with just a tent ➡️ Got our first food truck ➡️ Started serving at major events across Alberta & Saskatchewan ➡️ Opened our 2nd branch at University of Alberta (Students’ Union Building) in Edmonton ➡️ And now… after 5 years of waiting…. WE OFFICIALLY HAVE OUR BESTEA TRADEMARK! 🥹💚 And the funny part? A lot of people thought Bestea was a franchise… But nope. 🥹 We’re just a locally owned family business that started from a little idea at home. 🏡💚 We’re not a big corporation. We’re a family chasing a dream. And every step of this journey has been because of YOU. 🥹 To everyone who supported us from Grande Prairie, Red Deer, Edmonton, U of A, Saskatchewan and everywhere in between… THANK YOU. 🫶🏻 This is only the beginning. 💚 We hope one day you’ll see a Bestea in even more communities across Canada. 🧋🇨🇦 Every cup is brewed to be your Bestea. 💚 #yeg #RedDeer #Foodtruck #UofA #albertasmallbusiness
