Smash Splash & Pita Wrap It

What a better way to regulate your emotions than taking your anger out on crockery with a steel bat 🙌🏽

Lots of smashing, throwing, screaming, laughing, dancing, SWEATING was completed today. If you ever need a workout without going to the gym smashing crockery is next level.🤣
Hol smashed through 6 crates of items, she was incredible and so quick!!

After Smash Splash, Hol had quite an appetite with the workout she just had. So we went down to the local and got a famous Gyros at Pita Wrap. Was just the perfect touch we needed before we headed home for the day. Let me add it tasted BLOODY AMAZING 🤤😍
