How to cycle sync your life and content before 2027 ⤵️

- Everyone’s talking about “locking in” before 2027, but what if you stopped trying to be productive in the same way every week? 👀

One thing I’ve been learning is that consistency doesn’t have to mean doing the same amount of work every single day.

Your energy changes throughout your menstrual cycle, so why should your routine stay the same???

✨ Use your menstrual phase to rest and maintain.
✨ Use your follicular phase to plan and brainstorm.
✨ Use your ovulatory phase to film and batch content.
✨ Use your luteal phase to edit and schedule content.

The goal isn’t to do MORE in the next couple months. It’s to build habits that actually work for you, so you’re not starting over every January.

Save this for your winter arc reset & comment what you struggle with most when it comes to staying consistent! 💌

So do you plan or are you relying on motivation every day to stay consistent?

More content doesn’t equal more growth when it’s unplanned.

Growth comes from:
✔️ clarity
✔️ intentional topics
✔️ knowing what you’re posting before the week starts

That’s why my consistency changed when I started using a weekly content to-do list instead of winging it.

Less stress. More focus. Better results.

If you’re posting nonstop but not growing,
the system I use is waiting for you in my bio. 🫶🏼

Without a weekly system, content turns into chaos. Which means: random ideas, random posting, random results.

Starting over isn’t a discipline issue.
It’s a planning issue.

Once I planned my content weekly instead of monthly, I stopped quitting on myself.

If you’re tired of constantly “getting back on track,”
you don’t need more pressure — you need a repeatable plan.

You’re in consistent because aren’t using a proven system.

You don’t struggle with consistency because you don’t want it badly enough.

You struggle because you’re relying on motivation instead of structure.

Most creators are deciding what to post every single day — and that’s exhausting.

When I switched to a weekly content planner to-do list, consistency stopped feeling hard.

The decisions were already made. I just showed up.

Motivation fades. Systems don’t.

👉 If you want posting to feel easier, the system I use is linked in my bio. 🤏🏼

YOUR MORNING ROUTINE IS SETTING THE TONE FOR YOUR CONTENT ⚠️

If your mornings feel rushed, chaotic, or inconsistent…
it’s not surprising your content feels the same way.

Most creators don’t need a better routine —
they need a simpler one they’ll actually repeat.

Here’s what changed everything for me ⬇️

1️⃣ I stopped trying to have a “perfect” morning
No 10-step routines. No 5am pressure.

2️⃣ I chose 3 non-negotiable habits
One brain dump.
One content task.
One self-care habit.

3️⃣ I tracked them instead of trusting motivation
Because consistency comes from systems, not willpower.

4️⃣ My mornings now feel calm and intentional
And content gets created without overwhelm.

If you want mornings that support your creativity (not drain it):
👉 start with habits that are easy to keep.

STOP MAKING CONTENT HARDER THAN IT HAS TO BE 🚨

If creating content feels exhausting or way more time-consuming than it should…
it’s not because you’re lazy or inconsistent.

It’s because you’re trying to create without a system.

Here’s what changed everything for me ⬇️

1️⃣ I stopped “winging it” every week
No more guessing what to post or scrambling last minute.

2️⃣ I gave my brain ONE place to go
All my ideas, priorities, and to-dos live inside one Notion dashboard.

3️⃣ I let the system tell me what to do next
So even on low-energy days, content still gets created.

4️⃣ Planning now takes minutes, not hours
Because clarity > motivation every single time.

If content feels harder than it should, this is your sign:
👉 you don’t need more discipline — you need a better workflow.

💬 Comment “SYSTEM” and I’ll send you the exact Notion template I use
📌 Save this for the next time content feels overwhelming

STOP BLAMING YOURSELF FOR NOT HITTING YOUR GOALS.
It’s not a discipline problem — it’s a structure problem.

Goals sound exciting.
They hype you up.
They make you feel like this time will be different.

But when your energy dips, life gets busy, or your brain feels chaotic…
goals alone don’t tell you what to do next.

That’s where habits come in.

🧠 Goals give you direction
🔁 Habits give you consistency
📅 Systems are what make it stick (especially for overwhelmed creators)

If you’ve been restarting the same goals over and over, nothing is “wrong” with you.
You just need smaller actions, clear structure, and a repeatable workflow that works even on low-motivation days.

What to do instead:
Stop tracking big outcomes.
Start tracking tiny habits that move the needle.

Save this for the next time you feel “behind” — this shift changes everything.

THESE 3 THINGS ARE WHY I CAN STAY CONSISTENT WITH CONTENT. 👜✨

Not motivation.
Not discipline.
Definitely not perfection.

Just a few intentional things I bring on content workdays that make showing up feel doable.

👇👇👇

WHAT I ALWAYS HAVE WITH ME:

① 🧠 A simple plan (not a long to-do list)
Consistency over perfection starts with knowing exactly what I’m working on — no spiraling, no guessing.

② 🎧 Noise-canceling headphones
So I can lock in, protect my focus, and actually finish what I start.

③ 👓 Blue light glasses
A small wellness habit that helps me avoid eye strain and stay energized during long screen days.

The goal isn’t to do more.
It’s to support the version of you who wants to show up consistently.

This is how I stay aligned, avoid burnout, and keep building — even on low-energy days.

Save this if you’re done chasing perfection and ready to create your dream life sustainably 🤍

STOP POSTING RANDOMLY… THIS IS THE SYSTEM THAT FINALLY MADE ME CONSISTENT 😭✨

If you’ve been trying to “get your life together” with content but your brain is like
idea overload → scroll → forget → restart…
same.

Here’s how I simplified EVERYTHING with my Weekly Content To-Do List Planner in Notion ⬇️

1️⃣ DUMP THE IDEAS (chaos → organized chaos)
I throw every idea + saved post straight into the IDEA DUMP under the matching content pillar.
No thinking. No filtering. Just get it OUT of your head.

2️⃣ MOVE IT TO THE WEEK VIEW (clarity unlocked)
Pick what you’re actually posting THIS week.
Drag it to the calendar + fill in the details on the page so you finally know:
What you’re posting • Where • And WHY.

3️⃣ MAKE THE TO-DO LIST (so your brain can chill)
Filming → editing → uploading → captions.
Break it down so you never wonder “wait what do I need to do today??”

4️⃣ WEEKLY REFLECTION (the secret sauce)
What worked? What flopped? What to repeat?
Reflection = consistency because you stop guessing and start improving.

This whole workflow turned content creation from overwhelming → manageable → actually FUN again.

💬 Comment “planner” and I’ll send you the link to grab the template.

Here’s WHY ⤵️

You’re trying to create content without a system 🧠💡

As a content creator with ADHD, I used to post randomly — some weeks I’d be on fire, others… total burnout. Ideas were everywhere (notes app, voice memos, sticky notes 😭). Nothing connected, so my growth tanked.

What changed everything was building a weekly content planner. I use it once a week to plan out my content from ideas I’ve saved over the past week along with my analytics. Then when I’m ready to batch create and schedule, everything is right where I need it, in one place!

Here’s why it actually works 👇

1️⃣ It gives structure, not restriction — you can still flow creatively, but now every idea has a clear home. 🗂️

2️⃣ It removes the daily overwhelm so you’re not asking yourself “what should I post?” every morning.

3️⃣ It makes batching possible — one focused creative session turns into multiple posts, so you use momentum, not random spurts of energy. 🪫

Once I started planning weekly, I finally felt organized and inspired. My content started syncing with my goals instead of fighting against them and my account began to grow!

Save this if you’re tired of never knowing what to post and also comment “PLAN” and I’ll send my weekly content planner template so you can get organized today!👇

THE LIONESS STAYS 10 STEPS AHEAD.
She doesn’t wait for “motivation” to strike — she builds structure around her creativity.

Here’s how I plan every week using my Weekly Content Planner template:

1️⃣ Dump the ideas. Every thought, hook, or concept gets written down — no overthinking.

2️⃣ Map the week. Assign each idea to a specific day based on your energy levels.

3️⃣ Batch once, breathe later. Focus on one task at a time — scripting, filming, editing.

The chaos? It’s still there — but now, it’s organized. 😉
