Real estate looked a little different today!

Thanks @atxhabitat and @compassatx for our first build day. ❤️

Loved connecting with fellow Compass Austin Luxury Advisors this week and continuing to build the relationships that can give my clients access to opportunities before they ever reach the public market.

Because the market you see online is only part of the story.

The other part lives in relationships, conversations between agents, brokers and trusted professionals who know what’s coming, what’s changing and what may quietly be available.

Sometimes, the right opportunity starts with the right connection @compassaustinluxuryadvisors

We hosted our CALA Happy Hour at @wcc.art to celebrate our 2026 Compass Austin Luxury Advisors members. It was a great night with even better company. Thank you to everyone who came out! 🥂

A blank canvas in Barton Creek is waiting for its new owner!

Soft textures, an expansive yard, and a neutral palette are waiting for the right buyer to sweep it off the market… or private market I should say 😉

Summer, you were good to us ❤️

Sharing a few favorite moments before we officially turn the page to fall.

What a Wednesday.

Today, @patton.drewett.realestate had the opportunity to lead something truly special.

@pt50austin’s 15x30 Education Symposium brought together eight hand-selected Austin agents, each sharing their unique perspective on success in this industry and the strategies behind it.

Empowering. Innovative. Value-driven. The words that defined today.

We wrapped it all up with a fantastic lunch, thanks to @sixtyvines, @pt50austin, and @totalproflooring.

Days like this…where we pause, collaborate, listen, and learn from one another—are what make this industry so meaningful.

Oh, and if you were wondering… Patton absolutely crushed it on stage! 😉

How it started ➡️ How it ended

Between these texts, we had a a series of private market launches that led to strategic public market positioning. Within three days, we were under contract and our Seller got to start packing for her big move to a small town. 😊

Well… we did something pretty special!

Under contract, over list price, with multiple offers… all before we got our marketing material back.

Let this video serve as your sign that luxury homes in Barton Creek are going quick.

We couldn’t let it go to waste 😉

Our team recently had the privilege of volunteering with @pt50austin to support @austinangelsnonprofit and the incredible work they do for children, youth, and families experiencing foster care.

Days like these are a reminder that building stronger communities goes far beyond real estate. Whether it’s helping families find a place to go home or giving back to those who need it most, we’re proud to be a part of something bigger than ourselves.

A huge thank you to PT50 and Austin angels for allowing us to serve alongside you. We can’t wait to do it again.🤍

Some homes make an impression the moment you arrive.

Tucked into the hills of Barton Creek, this contemporary retreat recently closed and was designed to feel connected to its surroundings, where expansive windows frame the landscape, natural light fills every room, and indoor and outdoor living become one.

Every detail was intentional, creating a home that can offer both quiet moments and unforgettable gatherings.

What’s that sound? Oh, just my stomach growling over this home that just hit the ~private~ market.

Especially the beautiful pool that gets THE best daytime lighting… but you’ll have to come see that for yourself 😉

This one is not going to last. DM us for the inside scoop!

Some may call it luck…

In reality, it’s
Working hard for every single client
Being intentional in our marketing
And working late nights when we need to

The luck isn’t the result. The luck is loving the work we do enough to keep going.
