HALF TERM - ‘Inside Out Drawing ‘ with artist in residence @emmajordan_art and art assts @drawn.byphoebe @beth__hill_ @manoadl_

We worked on an assignment over the three days where our children ages 5yrs to 10yrs drew themselves and took the background to react to music and emotion.

We used the film ‘inside out’ to discuss an analyze some of the emotions that they were talking about while drawing. It really helped the younger ones and the more timid of the bunch and sparked some great conversations. It has been a fantastic project !

AUTUMN SCHEDULES HAVE DROPPED!
we has an amazing weekend in working with alternative photographic technique that relies on the chemical reaction between plants and photographic emulsion and the exposure of your composition to the light of the sun. Phytography, in its most common usage, refers to a photographic technique that utilizes plants to create images directly on photographic film or paper. Using ‘NON TOXIC’ recipe with natural resources to create exciting images in photography with exposure to daylight mixing natural resources to create interesting and creative imagery.

Facilitated by our artist in residence @emmajordan_art with Youth Ambassador @beth__hill_ and we welcomed our young volunteer @willowsoning who came to support our workshop this weekend! Thanks to @onyaccat for providing as always amazing support and one to one with our young people who needed extra support ..

Thank you @johnlyonscharity @bgccharityday for ongoing support with our core funding to support free workshops every weekend for our beneficiaries !
