Such a fun afternoon celebrating Baby H with my Evergreen family 🤍

Evergreen has introduced me to some of my most genuine friendships, and I am so grateful for that. These ladies (and a few who were very missed today!) have seen me through so many seasons of life, from being newly engaged, to getting married, buying my first home, growing my career, and now growing my family.

It feels so full circle to celebrate my little love together and have so many people in my corner as we step into this next chapter 🫶🏻🪿

✨ Two chances to flow, sip, and soak up the best of summer this week! 🍷🧘‍♀️

Tomorrow: Join us for our annual visit to the beautiful Bethany Vineyard! 🌿 Come as you are—sign up ahead or simply show up. We’ll have plenty of space for everyone. This donation-based class is the perfect way to unwind, and afterward you’re invited to stay for a glass of wine, dinner, and good company overlooking the vineyard.

Sunday: Meet us at Breakside Brewery in downtown Vancouver! 🍺 Space is limited for this one, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. Then make a morning of it—wander over to @vanmarkets , grab a coffee, pick up fresh flowers, and enjoy everything our community has to offer.

Whether you’re joining us for one class or both, we’d love to see you on the mat. 💛

✅ First book event complete!

Huge thank you to @copperbellbookshop and @bethanyvineyard for hosting such an amazing book & craft fair!

I was definitely nervous since this was my first event attending as an author 😅 but it was so much fun meeting new readers and connecting with other authors throughout the day! 🫶🏻

If you didn’t have a chance to grab a signed copy this past weekend, I’ll be signing books at the Vancouver Barnes and Noble on the 26th!

barre3 Felida x Bethany Vineyard

Our biggest community event of the year … and it’s FREE for you and your friends! 💃🏼

Our instructor team will be there to lead you through an amazing, heart pumping class on the gorgeous grounds of Bethany Vineyard in Ridgefield! Because this was never just about the workout. It’s about the people you’re next to. Come share the thing we love, and let’s make a morning of it together. 🥰
