Walk for Suicide Prevention with @walk.4.hope @hope4utahofficial ❤️🫶🏼

If you or someone you know is in crisis:

📞 Call or text 988
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7.

💬 You don’t have to be actively suicidal to reach out.
988 is also available for emotional distress or if you’re worried about someone else.

If someone is in crisis but doesn’t feel able to get themselves somewhere, they can call 988 and ask about an in-person crisis response. Utah’s mobile crisis teams can come to the person and provide face-to-face support.

🚨 If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

You are not alone. Your life matters. Help is available. ❤️

This morning I had the honor of walking in the 2026 @walk.4.hope ! 🫶

There were so many emotions this morning, being able to hear powerful stories, and being reminded how loved every single person is, beyond their capacity to know.

@kira.gardnerr walked in the Walk 4 Hope for 5 years, but since she's on her mission, she was unable to attend this year. My favorite thing she does is make posters every year; her mom @hcgardner put together an activity where we all made posters. When I walked this morning, I brought my Kira cutout, so she could still be at the event.

Sometimes life can be hard and heavy, but this morning proved that life is so much better when you are surrounded with incredible people. Everyone has a challenge, whether you see it or not, and with my Next Chapter Project, I am bringing hope; proving that one hard moment doesn't define your story, you can still turn the page.

I want you all to know that you are so loved and so strong. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm happy to be your girl. My DMs are open. 🫶 I have time for you, and I love you all. But also know that there are resources: If you are struggling, or know someone who is struggling with suicide ideation, text 988 or download the Safe UT app.

Happy birthday and 8 years of friendship (on the 11th) @bethanyysimko 🫶🏼✨

Beth has been at my side and my biggest cheerleader since our junior years of high school (even from thousands of miles away). You are one of the great friends a girl could ever have and I’m so grateful for you. Never leave me alone in Utah again, k?
