Steppin into the holiday season with my Chicago Title family, trimming the tree and tying up every last ribbon just like we’re tying up every last closing of 2025 🎄✨

There’s something special about celebrating the season with a team that works hard, laughs hard, and shows up for each other day after day. Grateful for this crew, grateful for our clients, and grateful for a year full of growth, grit, glitter, and good old-fashioned hustle.

We’re officially in finish strong mode — and yes, the tree is sparkling brighter than ever. Let’s wrap up this year with joy, intention, and a whole lot of cheer.

The UT String Project had a performance that celebrates why music matters, bringing in different cultures and heritages to show students that their instruments can be played in all kinds of music from all over the world. 🎻🌎

Betsy’s teachers even took the stage alongside the Grammy Award–winning Los Texmaniacs, legends of the Texas conjunto tradition. It was incredible to see these talented instructors step out of the classical world of Bach, Mozart, and Chopin and light up the room with the joyful, danceable, rhythms of Tejano music.

And as if that weren’t exciting enough, I got to meet the man who wrote “Hey Baby Que Paso!” 🎶 What a thrill for this Texas girl who loves to dance! And me and Betsy sang along because she knows the words, too!

As we honor Día de los Muertos, it feels especially meaningful to witness how traditions like these keep our stories alive, blending cultures, generations, and songs that remind us how connected we truly are.

💛 From classical strings to conjunto beats, this is Austin magic at its finest — heritage, heart, and harmony all in one day.

🎻Saturday mornings in Austin 🎶 the sound of string instruments tuning up, little hands finding their rhythm, and one very proud mama behind the camera.

Betsy’s been part of the UT String Project since she was 2+, a program that’s been nurturing young musicians for over 75 years right here in the heart of Texas. Watching her play alongside such talented teachers and students fills me with so much pride and joy, this is what community, dedication, parent involvement, creativity, and commitment to the arts look like.

From the first bow stroke to the last smile after the concert, these are the moments that remind me how music brings us together, just like dance does, not robots.
