Are you ready for it? The full circle moment? This is Lauren. I met Lauren when I was 20 years old, in my second year of teaching BeaYOUtiful classes. We had 15 volunteers at the time, and I was the only member on the non-existent board. She was a shining star from beginning. But what struck me most was how inspired she was by our program. She showed up with a smile each week, and put her heart and soul into wanting to learn everything I had to offer. This group of girls I remember so clearly. It was one where we laughed a lot, danced often and even cried together. There was bullying happening within the school, and girls were struggling with their own self-worth. The BeaYOUtiful program offered them a safe space to talk about these issues, and a way to relate to each other. We’ve kept in touch over the years and when I met Lauren for coffee a few months ago I knew she would be an amazing mentor for our conference. On Sunday, I got to witness this not so little girl, now inspiring our upcoming generation of confident women. Herself along with Olivia (another one of my amazing mentees!) were incredible. Both these girls brought passion, wisdom and love to the room. I am so proud of you @laurenashleyy64 and @olivia.henders. You are going far places and I cannot begin to imagine how much you’ve already impacted others just by being your most authentic selves. Share the love. It will change the world. ✨

Community. What does it mean to you? I’ve been living into the root of community now more than ever, surrounding myself with new and familiar faces that I’ve connected with in 2019. There are so many AMAZING women that are impacting me, setting my journey a little further along the path and igniting that fire I crave. I feel so blessed. Grateful. Privileged. To be in the presence of so much love and passion. Maybe I never expected to be on this crazy adventure of entrepreneurship, but I have never been more knowing that it takes a community to not only build a movement and company, but me as a person. I love laughing and learning alongside all of you. Seriously. My heart is exploding these days with so much girl power and love.

Day 4 today of my cleanse and restore program.
If you're in this with me you may be feeling a bit tired and cranky.
That's the joys of this program.
I've been away from the biz aspect of my IG working on my #healthandwellness
Cancer can go away now. I am doing my best to sweat off the anesthesia from my two visits to the operating room last week.
