Interrupting the normal schedule...
🩷💛
@bethfit.pt BEST PT EVER.

It's our 3 year anniversary!
🩷💛
I could go on & on forever & often do,
about how good she is, but
she IS amazing.

From sorting my injury,
to always being supportive,
helping with nutrition,
challenging but never punishing,
achieving goals,
and changing mindsets,
I cannot exaggerate how fab our Beth is.

I've gained so much, and only lost inches.
Thank you for not only making me squat, lift, push up, pull down & do cardio, but for helping me fly.

So grateful to have you.
🩷💛

First ever gym comp done 🙌🏼 even better I got to do it with my besties ✨

I don’t usually post this kind of content on this app but these girls mean more to me than they’ll ever know!

I’ve never won the lottery but I always here ‘you have the best group of friends’ and that’s pretty much the same thing

We’ve had a hard year between us all but 16 years later, we get through them together 💞

Proud of us all

Ps having a bestie pt means putting ourselves through stuff like this on a Sunday morning 😂👀

Blonde that LASTS
🙌
Previous appointment was 5 months ago!

Beth is a perfect base 7,
so giving her highlights that will grow out softly,
allowing her hair & her purse maximum time
in between appointments is the way forward.
🙌
What do you think of the result?
Let me know in the comments.

🔴⚫️ @deka.fit Done and dusted ✅⚫️🔴

Boss day out at Deka, got the big fella out of retirement and gave some adult P.E a whirl!

It’s good to know I can still get out there and give a good go despite my training being all over the place and not doing any comp prep as such.

Pleasure to be on the dance floor with Gav again, it’s been a while 🫡🙌🏻

40:14 🙌🏻🔥 would be sub 40 but this daft twat done an extra 5 cals on assault bike.

Runs felt good fatigued today! Never thought I would ever say that 🤣🤣

Thanks @ruth.smith1991 and @j.a.smith93 for coming along and supporting.

Good to see some familiar faces on the dancefloor too! @rachgibbo @megangibbo @surgeliverpool @bethfit.pt @sarahbottrell067 @ksm__media

🍃✨Manual lymphatic drainage(MLD) is a gentle massage technique that encourages lymph fluid to move more efficiently. It help’s reduce mild swelling, promote relaxation, and support recovery in appropriate situations. MLD works by supporting the movement of lymph fluid—not by replacing the body’s own detoxification organs. Here are a few benefits from a full MLD

🤍 Removes waste and toxins
The lymphatic system collects excess fluid, waste products, proteins, and cellular debris from your tissues and returns them to your bloodstream, helping prevent fluid build-up.

🛡️ Supports your immune system
Lymph nodes filter lymph fluid, trapping bacteria, viruses, and other harmful substances. They also house white blood cells that help your body fight infection.

💧 Prevents swelling
Without a healthy lymphatic system, fluid can accumulate in tissues, causing swelling (lymphoedema). Perfect for holidays!!

🥗 Absorbs healthy fats
Special lymph vessels in your intestines absorb fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), making them available for your body to use.

❤️ Promotes healing
A well-functioning lymphatic system can support recovery by reducing inflammation and removing excess fluid after injury or surgery

🤍 All MLD massages now begin with a vibration plate before the massage as this stimulates circulation and warms up the muscles. Movement is everything when it comes to the lymphatic system

📲Holla at me 😆👌🏽
