Introducing the master of barbeque himself - @tuffystone 🔥🥩

This was definitely a shoot to remember. Partly because we spent the first hour unable to see from our eyes crying, as the smoke from the two @mill.scale offset smokers filled the entire set (who could have thought firing up smokers inside would cause so much...smoke?!) But mainly, because we got to watch a master at work, and taste some of the best meat we’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Pinch us.

There’s no one quite like Tuffy 💪 We are so excited for you to see his BBQ @gronda Masterclass, which is dropping tomorrow. 👀

Just one leg of our 4-day food marathon with @jeffrey__tan 🙌 Chefs’ favorites from the Viva Local Food Haven🔥🇲🇾 From the moment we arrived in Penang it was clear that eating here is about endurance. Extreme heat + humidity + endless food options from all over Asia….Every time I travel I suffer a crippling case of fomo mixed with food decision paralysis so it’s always a luxury to not have to choose ❤️

Introducing Pulse — our first ever publication.

SALT was born out of our love of hospitality, and our guiding principle has always been that food, beverage, and hospitality are the most powerful tools to tell brands stories and ultimately create joy.

Our book is a culmination of this vision. It’s a showcase of powerful storytelling — ideas we feel will shape the industry to come and highlight some of the most exciting talent right now.

We want to thank all of our contributors of the book, who gave us their wisdom, their point of view, and their words - it’s truly shaped the book into something special.
