Working hard or hardly working? (Jk we definitely worked very hard and we’re very grateful to all the musicians bringing their gifts to ROK this year)

After a successful and busy summer camp weekend, wherein some of us may or may not be delirious and singing Spanish in our sleep, here are the choicest quips from some of our members and staff.

Thank you @trentinomusicfestival for a month of music, friends, and new experiences!

I spent this past July in Northern Italy playing Mrs. Grose in Britten's Turn of the Screw, meeting fantastic new friends, and collaborating with so many wonderful coaches, directors, and conductors from around the world. Not to mention the breathtaking sights and delicious cuisine! I could not have asked for a more exciting opportunity to grow as an artist.

What an incredible debut! Another role that I’ve been working on for a while, and an incredible cast to do it with! Many thanks to @trentinomusicfestival for having me back to play this despicable character. It was incredible working with @ladyrobin7 on this production. I’m hoping to return to this role while I’m working in Europe, or anywhere else that will have me! It was a lot of fun to pretend to be a total creep and god awful. My wife even said “I wanted to kill you at some moments” which might be hard to do, seeing as I’m already a ghost 😅. But I digress. It was a blast singing Britten in Italy, and I hope to sing it many more times!
