Personal encounter God is hard to forget, you know? It's because of the intense feelings, like joy or peace; the spiritual growth it brings; how unique and personal it is; the way you keep thinking about it afterwards; sharing it with others; and just how incredibly real and powerful it feels.

So, noise-induced hearing loss, or NIHL, happens when loud sounds trash the tiny hair cells in your inner ear that send sound signals to your brain. Avoid factors such as :

1. Sounds louder than 85 decibels for too long.
2. Working in noisy places (like construction or concerts).
3. Loud hobbies (concerts, shooting, etc.).
4. Blasting your headphones.
5. Age (it can happen anytime, but older folks are more at risk).

The symptoms are: hearing loss (maybe temporary, maybe not), tinnitus (that ringing thing), trouble understanding people, and ears feeling full or pressured.

To prevent this, use earplugs or muffs in loud places, turn down your music, take breaks from loud noises, and get your hearing checked regularly.

Do you think you might have NIHL? You should probably see an audiologist or hearing specialist to get checked out and figure out a treatment plan.

Antimicrobial resistance, or AMR, is when germs like bacteria, viruses, and fungi get super strong, and antibiotics can't kill them anymore. It's like the superhero medicine loses to the bad guys, the germs. This is a huge problem because it means infections are harder to cure, making people really sick or even killing them.

Simby : I've been experiencing significant gum pain recently, despite increased diligence in flossing and brushing. A transition to a softer toothbrush is a possibility I'm considering. Has anyone else encountered similar dental discomfort? I'm exploring the use of saltwater rinses; are there any insights you can offer?

Nurse Betsy: Check the reel.
