The other day, I saw a sign that said: “COACH: TRAIN LIKE AN MMA FIGHTER.”
And I thought to myself: Is that really what my job is about?
The answer is NO.
I train people to conquer themselves every single day.
And sometimes, I see more of that fighting spirit in ordinary people than I do in professional athletes.
I see it in people who wake up at 5 AM to come train with me, even long after they’ve passed the peak of their physical performance.
They’re not chasing fame, titles, or championships. They’re fighting to become better versions of themselves.
And that’s what reminds me why I do what I do.
Because my job isn’t just to build fighters. It’s to build people who refuse to give up on themselves.
THAT is what gives my work meaning. 🥋🔥 #energifitness

🌟 Wow, saying I’m absolutely blown away by the incredible words shared in the upcoming podcast interview of @betterbadideas is truly an understatement!

Everything @cardilloweightbelts , a.k.a. my uncle Steve, says is 100% spot-on! I genuinely believe that @teamstersob is a remarkable example of a self-made man who never forgets his roots or the wonderful people from his community. He has risen to become, arguably, the second most powerful person in the country, and I am so blessed to call him a friend.

I can’t wait to listen to this entire episode! Thank you so much for the kind words, everyone! 🙏✨

The real flex isn’t money, clout, or cars… it’s impact. It’s inspiring people!

It’s changing lives, building real connections, and leaving people better than you found them. After everything I’ve been through, this right here means more than anything.

This is what social media is supposed to be—real people, real growth, real change. And I’m just getting started. 💯🔥 @inboston_magazine @crosantino.mde @jay_elgringocosteno @julianaa.mazo @mikeyvonair @giannagravalese @mymotherscutlets @betterbadideas @youresointricate @soulgemcoz @teamsters25 @teamstersob

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Having a friend like Sean O’Brien—a man with one of the biggest personalities in the country and a voice that carries real weight at the highest levels—is truly a blessing. Leadership, loyalty, and authenticity all in one. But beyond the titles and influence, it’s always a great time whenever we link up. Real ones are rare… this is one of them 💯🤝🔥 @teamstersob @betterbadideas

“Few people carry the weight Sean does and still make you feel like the most important voice in the room. Honored to be a guest on his podcast discussing where the Boston real estate market is headed. A genuine leader in every sense.”
