When was the last time you actually prioritised yourself? The summer holidays are over, the kids are back at school and somehow we’re already heading towards Christmas. Between work, school runs, clubs, cooking, cleaning and everything else that needs doing, it’s easy for your own fitness to end up right at the bottom of the list. Maybe you’ve gained a bit of weight. You’re more tired than you used to be. You don’t feel as fit or confident in yourself anymore. And you know you want to do something about it… but you keep telling yourself: “I’ll start when things calm down.” The problem is, when you’re a parent, when does life actually calm down? 😅 That’s exactly who I want to help. I’m looking for 3 busy parents who want to lose 5–10kg before Christmas and actually keep it off afterwards. Not by living in the gym, eating chicken and rice every day or saying no every time you go out for dinner. I’ll help you build your training and diet around your life as a parent, rather than expecting your life to revolve around fitness. A few hours of training each week. Food you actually enjoy. Something you can stick to even when work gets manic, the kids need you or the weekend doesn’t go to plan. Because you can be a great parent, have a busy life and still make some time for yourself. If you’ve been saying “I need to do something” for months, this is your chance to actually do it. DM me “RESULTS” and I’ll explain how it works. #coaching #fitness #weightloss #fatloss
