Teamwork Tuesday! 💙 Our assessment team recently spent an inspiring day at Better Mobility in Hemel Hempstead for our staff training - & what a day it was! More than just a training session, it was an opportunity to deepen our knowledge, strengthen our teamwork, and reinforce the amazing partnership we share with Better Mobility. We got hands-on with a huge range of mobility equipment - from manual wheelchairs to high-tech powered models, including outdoor and off-road options. The Better Mobility team showed us how they tailor solutions to individual needs, focusing on posture, comfort, and independence. We also explored how they help clients access funding support through grants and charities - knowledge that will help us better support our own clients, too. One highlight? Trialling the wheelchairs ourselves! Getting behind the wheels gave us valuable insight into the user experience and functionality - something that helps us deliver more empathetic, informed assessments. 🤝 Our shared goal is clear: helping people maintain their independence safely and confidently. This collaboration is truly special. Better Mobility often refers clients to us for driving assessments, and we’re just as proud to recommend them for top-tier mobility advice and equipment. We wrapped up the day with a team meeting (and a delicious lunch - thanks, Better Mobility!), feeling connected, inspired, and ready to continue doing what we love: empowering people through mobility and independence. Huge thanks to the whole Better Mobility team for your warmth, knowledge, and continued partnership. 👉 Follow Better Mobility Limited to see the amazing work they do! #MobilityMatters #BetterMobility #HertsAbility
