POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re so glad you’re all just as obsessed with the NRG Smoothie as we are 😌

We LOVE seeing you tag us in your stories, and we’ve heard that adding a shot of coffee or a scoop of protein has become a favourite little addition for so many of you 🤤☕️

A little reminder that all NRG members receive 20% OFF our NRG Smoothie at Good Neighbour by simply showing your exclusive NRG member perk card!

Your new favourite post-Pilates ritual just got even better. Pilates, smoothies & our favourite neighbours — name a better trio! 🥹

Our dream collab with our favourite neighbours! 🤎

There’s no better feeling than when your buyers turn into your sellers, because it means they have chosen you to sell their home based on how you treated them as buyers.

To us, that is the true meaning of doing and being Better 💛

THE NRG SMOOTHIE HAS LANDED 🥤⚡️

NRG fam… meet your new post-Pilates order!

We’ve teamed up with our Kingston neighbours at Good Neighbour to create the NRG Smoothie — made with:
🍌 Banana
🍫 Cocoa
🥜 Peanut butter
🥛 Almond milk
🧊 Ice
🥥 With coconut yoghurt swirled around the sides

Creamy, chocolatey, peanut buttery goodness and officially available on Good Neighbours menu!!!

And because we love a little NRG community perk… NRG members receive 20% OFF the NRG Smoothie.

Pick up your exclusive NRG member card from the Kingston studio from this Wednesday onwards, take it across to Good Neighbour and show the team when ordering at the counter to receive your discount.

Pilates → NRG Smoothie → day made. 🤝🏻

ALL OF THIS INSIDE @capitalfoodmarket 🍓🍜🧀

It’s basically the weekend! The Spring sunshine will be shining so it’s the perfect time to pack your shopping bags and grab a mate for a gelato catch-up 🍦

Good food, great local producers and so many reasons to pop into @capitalfoodmarket this weekend.

Our new era is here.

We are the little sister to @betterstudio.au, built just for weddings. With the same eye for detail, same love of a good story, now with a home of our own.

We can’t wait to capture your most special day.

Have you stepped into our Hot Mat room yet!? 👀❤️‍🔥

We designed our Hot Mat room to be an experience — not just another heated studio.

⚡️ Custom lighting that changes colour depending on the mood, playlist and energy of the class.
⚡️ A runway down the centre of the room, giving your instructor the space to move around the room and provide hands-on corrections when needed.
⚡️ Only 15 mats, so your instructor can actually see you, guide your form, help you find the right level and make your class feel personal.

Because we don’t believe a bigger class means a better class. We believe in quality movement, proper form and feeling supported every step of the way. 🤍

With around 14 Hot Mat classes every week, there are plenty of opportunities to get yourself into the hot room. ❤️‍🔥

Come for the heat.
Stay for the vibes.
Leave feeling STRONG. 💪🏼

Expect nothing but vibes & form!⚡️❤️‍🔥

🔥 Book your Hot Mat class via the link in our bio and come experience the NRG Hot Room for yourself!!

See you in there 👀

For those who are new here at The Forage, hello and thank you so much for joining this food and Canberra loving community. Here is a little snippet into where we began and how we have evolved.

We’ve definitely been around a bit in the past 12 years and we can now add Belco to our list.

And for those of you that been here from the beginning, what has been your favourite location?
