Gott Nytt År! 🎉

Ett stort tack för 2024 – Jag är djupt tacksam för alla de människor jag haft förmånen att möta och som har kommit till mig för stöd. Varje samtal, varje möte, har varit en möjlighet att tillsammans skapa en trygg plats för reflektion, självmedvetenhet och läkning. Jag blir ständigt påmind om varför jag verkligen brinner för mitt arbetet.

2024 har varit ett år där jag inte bara fått växa min verksamhet, utan också utmana mig själv och ta mig utanför min komfortzon. Jag har hållit fler workshops, föreläsningar, varit med på poddar, intervjuer och fått vara en del av fina och givande POC communitys⭐️

Jag är också väldigt tacksam och stolt för att ha blivit nominerad och finalist till Årets Impactpreneur💜

Jag har även träffat många inspirerande människor under året – både inom och utanför mitt yrkesområde. Deras passion, mod och engagemang har varit en ständig källa till inspiration och påminnelse om varför vi alla kan göra skillnad genom att mötas💜

Med stor förväntan ser jag fram emot 2025! Jag kommer att fortsätta utmana mig själv, hålla fler evenemang och arbeta ännu mer för att främja en djupare kulturell förståelse inom terapin och psykisk hälsa. Genom att stärka den kulturella kompetensen hoppas jag kunna hjälpa ännu fler människor🙏🏾

Stort tack för ert förtroende! Det är en ära att få följa med er på vägen mot bättre psykisk hälsa.

It’s been a year, I’m still processing the expansion, co-creation, collaboration and progress that have happened.

Women of Color building our own tables to foster community and accelerate equity within the beauty, wellness, and health industries. The first (of many) BEU Talks was truly an exquisite and elevated night to remember.

So much becomes possible when we come together in unity to create our own solutions for equity and representation.

Our buying power, creativity, and innovation, as brilliantly showcased by @perspetivo, affirms what we already know, that we as WOC consumers, businesses, and creators, are a business case, not charity.

A huge thanks to the incredible @_lanashekhan , founder of @beuclinic.se, who envisioned and brought BEU Talks to life, alongside the visionary @marialashari, founder of @1000worlds.studio.

When @_lanashekhan shared her and Maria’s beautiful vision for supporting WOC and invited me to co-moderate this inaugural BEU Talks event, it was an immediate, full-body yes. BEU Talks perfectly complements the work that @mamfoon and I are doing with the Women of Color in Business network.

Together, we’re not just building one table; we’re building several and connecting them to achieve a larger, generational goal: unity, progress, and equity.

Shoutout to @headbrands for sponsoring this event and for being an ally in championing diversity in the beauty industry and beyond.
