September Beginner Heels Intensive graduation! 👠✨ This series was so meaningful to me, it changed my brain chemistry, from allowing me to step WAY outside my comfort zone, to Irina’s pep talks, fundamental drills, and the friendships we formed along the way. Filming day felt absolutely magical! Irina is a true champion of women, self-expression, and art. Her care and devotion made this so much more than a heels class! ❤️ and I’m proud of myself for completing it even though I was shaking and those heels had me holding onto my dear life with every step hahaha 🥰🥰 and thank you to our dear videographer 🎥 @koolme_artist #dance #heels

OCTOBER HEELS INTENSIVE: ADVANCED BEGINNERS (Level 2)

No heels this time. We’re taking it to the floor.

October’s intensive is a barefoot, floorwork-focused choreography to ZAYN — Pillow Talk, with a pillow incorporated into the movement.

Expect every class to include floorwork fundamentals, technique drills, transitions, and detailed choreo breakdowns. We’ll work on making floorwork feel controlled, fluid, and intentional — not just getting from one move to the next.

Still beginner-friendly, but designed for dancers ready for a little more challenge.

And yes, bring a pillow. You’ll need it. 🖤
