bevel is the new yaletown spot from the team behind dovetail, billed as a new york-inspired neighbourhood restaurant where a modern steakhouse feel meets family-style share plates. new york-style pizza is a big part of the menu, and chef ejner christiansen spent over three years developing the dough.
