Pregnancy comes with so much focus on the birth.

The appointments.
The registry.
The nursery.
The birth plan.

But what about the part after baby is here?

The feeding questions.
The sleep uncertainty.
The healing.
The emotions.
The “am I doing this right?” moments.

The need for real support from people who understand this season.
That’s why we created Bumps & Bagels - a free morning for expecting moms to connect with other moms due around the same time, meet trusted local postpartum experts, enjoy bagels, tour New Mom School Gilbert, and feel more prepared for life after baby arrives.

Whether this is your first baby or your third, you deserve to walk into postpartum with more support, more confidence, and a community already waiting for you.

Bumps & Bagels
Saturday, July 11th
9:30–11:00 am
New Mom School Gilbert at SanTan Village

RSVP required. Limited spots available.

Have baby development questions? Having difficulty getting a comfortable fit with your carrier? Struggling with baby’s head shape? Tummy time? Want to use a ring sling but not sure how? Baby fighting the baby carrier? Have concerns but getting brushed off? Let’s work together! We have options depending on if you are needing care locally here in the Phoenix Valley or if further away and wanting to connect virtually.

Have questions? Send a DM and I’ll be happy to help!

Virtual Support is for anyone who is not local to the East Valley. However, even many local families may choose a quick virtual fit check if they can’t attend an in person event. Asynchronous support is offered via text or email. No live appt needed so no need to worry about nap schedules or a fussy baby.

Local Families we can connect in person! Whether in your home, in the clinic, or during a group class. Have questions about which offering is best for you? We can chat in a virtual “meet-and-greet” or you can send us a message.

I can’t wait to connect with you soon. It’s time to stop stressing, stop googling, and get support.

My #1 Mom tip: trust your gut. Your intuition. Don’t rely on someone else’s because they aren’t your baby’s Mama. And that is your superpower. It’s real. No one knows your baby like you do.

And truly, what’s the worst that could happen here? You go see the professional that specializes in whatever your concern is and they say “They look great! But here are some things you can work on to be proactive.” Or they say “Wow! You were spot on on. You were right this is an issue. Let’s work on it!”

Your concerns are valid. You deserve support and answers!
