Grab a girlfriend and make a day of it! ❤️

Did you know that research suggests spending about two hours a week in nature is associated with better health and well-being? That’s just 17 minutes a day on average! So let’s make an afternoon of it! 🌿

The Soul Goals Pop-Up Experience is headed to the farm and I’d love to see you there (and word on the street is that there are some new and meaningful wellness activations to take part in!) ✨

Join me at Wildroot Farm for Women’s Wellness Day where we’ll enjoy some time away from the routine and the schedule, refill your well and recharge your battery, and support local women-owned businesses. 🙌🏼

📍 Saturday, October 24, 10 AM–3 PM
🎟️ Tickets at @wildrootfarm.co

A little fresh air, good company, and shopping local…
Sounds like a pretty good Saturday to me! 🌿

FemCity was built on the belief that women grow faster together than alone — through real connection, honest conversation, and a community that shows up for each other’s wins (and the hard days too). These two events are all about that: slowing down, reconnecting, and closing out the year surrounded by people who get it.

🦃 FriendsGiving

🎄 Holiday Social

Every element of this weekend’s retreat was beautiful, but some of the most meaningful moments unfolded in ways I could have never planned. ✨

We came together with the intention to slow down, to create space to breathe, rest, reconnect, and simply be.

And we did.

But what was most beautiful was watching what happened in the space that slowing down created. The conversations. The laughter. The connection. The quiet moments. The unexpected experiences that couldn’t have been scheduled or planned.

A reminder that when we create enough space, something beautiful often finds its way in.

Slow mornings.
Peaceful walks.
Nourishing meals.
Restorative yoga.
Incredible women.
A little bit of magic. ✨

We became more rooted in our hearts, in our bodies, in our spirits, and in our individual original design….facilitated by Gods original design, nature. ✨

What a beautiful few days at the women’s retreat at Rooted in Nature Wellness.
@rootedinnaturewellnessretreats
I had the opportunity to meet some truly wonderful women, enjoy amazing food and yoga with @bewellmel, a relaxing sound bath, boat ride and beautiful music by the bonfire.

There’s something special about stepping away from the everyday, connecting with other women, and taking a little time to reset and recharge. So grateful for this experience and all the beautiful energy shared.

When the speaker hands out Pop Rocks before talking about return on energy you know it is going to be a different kind of night.

@thekristinericksen set the tone and the candy was just the beginning. The panel that followed on health, wealth, and relationships was centered around one idea — Smart Moves. How the best in the world are actually leveraging all three for greater impact.

The game has changed in all three areas and this room did not shy away from any of it.

But the thing about a @seedinggreatness event that keeps me coming back is the people. Every single time you walk away having met someone who needed to be in your life.

Grateful for @stinsonspeaks and @brittany_stinson for building something that consistently punches above its weight.

HEALTH. Our health IS our wealth. It doesn’t matter how talented we are without the longevity to use it. And it’s more than counting calories our food system is changing, medicine is changing, peptides and biohacking are helping us live longer and catch risks early. Wherever you’re at on the journey, we’ve got tools, resources, and community for you.

WEALTH. People are playing at different levels. Going check to check? We’ve got budgeting and cash flow resources you need. Running companies and teams? You need deal makers, leverage points, and access. Wealth gives us options — and enables us to serve others in a powerful way.

RELATIONSHIPS. We become who we hang around. We’re talking about the top relationships you need, how to cultivate them and giving you space in the room to build real, authentic ones.

The firepower in this room: former professional athletes. Over a BILLION dollars of real estate circulated. Four decades in high performance. A TEDx speaker with 2 million views. And that’s just who’s on the graphics the room itself is the real headline.

Here’s why it’s urgent: currency changing. AI disrupting the workforce. The trust recession. The loneliness epidemic. We need each other but not in the same ways we’ve always interacted. We need to move smarter.

That’s why we’re making SMART MOVES. 🌱
