Your business plan needs to include the body carrying it out.

You’ve got goals, deadlines, and people counting on you, but where in that plan do you get to eat lunch? Sleep enough? Move your body? Actually recover?

Being capable doesn’t make you inexhaustible.

If reaching your business goals depends on constantly ignoring what your body needs, it’s time to change how you’re pursuing them.

In this conversation with Relle Dixon, we’re talking about why caring for your body belongs in the same conversation as growing your business. Your energy, focus, and ability to keep showing up deserve a place in the plan.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself calling exhaustion “ambition.”

This photo was taken in 2025 … and over a year later, and every single one of us is just as fit (or MORE fit) than we were back then. No backsliding, no yo-yo, no quick fixes... just the FASTer Way lifestyle, done consistently.

Oh, and 25 kids between us all 👀

If you’re ready to actually learn how to lose fat, build muscle, and keep it that way, comment FASTER below and I’ll connect with you soon!!

The chips and queso every now and then are not undoing your consistency. 🧀

Your healthy lifestyle needs room for you to actually enjoy your life.

The girls’ weekend. The drinks. The chips and queso while you laugh until your face hurts.

One weekend doesn’t erase the habits you practice week after week. But deciding you’ve “ruined everything” can turn one fun weekend into weeks of giving up.

In today’s Revitalized Womanhood episode, Relle Dixon and I talk about why consistency matters more than following every food and fitness rule perfectly.

Build habits you can keep practicing through your real life, including the fun parts.

Enjoy the queso. Come home. Keep showing up. No guilt spiral required. 🤟

Trying is cool. Full stop 💙

Every FASTer Way client started exactly where you are. One decision. One workout. One meal. One day of showing up when it would have been easier not to 💪

Don’t ever let someone who’s doing nothing make you feel small for doing something 🩵

Keep going. We’ve got you!

Beginner Adult Jazz. I definitely brought the average age for that class up 🤣. But sharing something fun with my girl! I haven’t taken a dance class since 3rd grade.

What’s ACTUALLY in our cups? 🍇🥭🍫

Our Berry Party Smoothing leans on wild blueberries and mango for antioxidants.
🫐 wild blueberries pack more anthocyanins than the cultivated kind, which is what gives them that deep color and helps fight everyday oxidative stress.
🍌Bananas and dates bring the energy: real fruit sugar paired with fiber, so it releases a steady energy instead of spiking and crashing by 2pm.
🌰Almond milk and protein round it out to keep you full longer, not just until your next meeting.

Our Mocha Day Starter is basically your coffee and breakfast in one cup: cold brew for a smoother, less acidic caffeine hit than hot brew, plus cacao (not processed cocoa) for its natural antioxidants and that real mood lift.

🥜 Peanut butter adds healthy fats and protein so the caffeine doesn’t wear off in an hour, and date syrup does the sweetening instead of refined sugar, so you get the sweetness without the crash.

The Mango Tree Smoothing hides kale in there for immune support. It’s loaded with vitamin C and A, you just can’t taste it past the mango.
🍌Bananas bring potassium for muscle and hydration, and dates add natural sweetness plus a hit of magnesium.

And Acai Cleanse is as simple as it sounds:
🍍 acai for antioxidants, pineapple for bromelain (a natural enzyme that supports digestion) and vitamin C, apple for fiber, and protein to keep it satisfying. That’s it.

We’re not hiding anything in these cups. Just good ingredients doing their job.

🥤 Well crafted, always.
