$London called and I answered 💂🏾‍♀️🇬🇧✈️ This is so ridiculously belated but let me regale you with a story. Last year was filled with doldrums due to a multitude of reasons so in November 2024 I decided I would take a week off work and do something for me. That thing was to go to the first country I called home. England for me is so special not only because of my incredible memories of the first 7 years of my life but it's where I started my love of performing. This trip wouldn't have been possible without my friends @evantaylorbenyacar and @abstjohn for putting me up, catching up, taking me to dance class and @sidney.klips for sharing her space with me, giving me recos, and touring me around I was reinvigorated by getting together with @erik_delin , @cam_carver , @nicoldawn , @newscotlandgirl . Thank you so much for sharing your time with me in my short time visiting, I know how busy all of you are. I went to 2 dance classes @basedancestudios and 1 at @houseofjazzcompany and had the best time. I took the train to @wbtourlondon and felt the magic. Had a ridiculous amount of afternoon teas. Saw 3 beautiful theatre shows. I walked so much I got a stress fracture. Was surrounded by Canadian talent. Saw wicked part 1 and cried a so much. And above all I felt more like myself than I had in a long time. Here's to coming back to myself this year and saying yes to adventure ❤️$
