Often we have consultations with people who have struggled with their weight for their entire life 😞

For many of them, food was about taste and quantity

And overeating was the result of boredom or unhappiness

Many of them have also tried extreme dieting in the past

🙅🏼‍♀️Weight watchers/slimming world
🙅🏼‍♀️Juice/soup diets

You name it 🙅🏽‍♀️

Sure, they lost weight, but that didn't mean their relationship with food was any better 🤷🏼

It just meant they would miss out on some of the fun things in life

😝The buffet at a wedding 😜
😝A Friday at the pub with their friends 🍷 (we could only wish at the min 🤣)

And eventually...they would fall off the wagon and go back to their previous habits

And this is why they have struggled their whole life...until now! 💥

Our entire programme is based around making a lifestyle change & creating healthier habits which don't restrict your happiness

And this journey starts with PT Led sessions, Nutrition Support & FULL Accountability 🙌🏻

Dont hesitate, get in touch to make those changes now!

A regular pub visitor was our assistant manager’s beautiful staffie, Leo. He was a very good boy who will always be remembered here at The Royal Oak 🧡🌳

Not back in Spain yet but these #churros (and all the tapas we ate before we could take a photo) make me feel like I'm there 😂 😂 now we just need some sunshine!
