My favourite lot.. damn how much I’m gonna miss them 🥺💔😭

I feel so emotional as I type this.. just finished one last Queenax Circuit Class at @atfgreenwich 💟

I was the pioneer to start them as soon as the rig arrived at the gym. Before even having the usage training seminar which challenged my creativity & abilities in teaching classes. I am so grateful for this opportunity and trust that was put in me 🙏💜

The amount of laughs & jokes we had in the past 3+ years. *Excuse all my bullies.. I regret nothing if I’m being honest! 😝😈😅

You wouldn’t believe all the names I’ve been called in these classes: the liar, army general, terrorist (my personal favourite! 🤣), wolf in sheep’s skin, the one ‘who takes no sh💩t from anyone’ etc etc.. can’t even remember them all! 🤯😄

But the funny thing I always joked about: no matter how hard I tried to ‘kill them’ in these classes.. they always kept on coming back for more 🙄 What an S&M type of team I collected, hey?.. 🤷🏻‍♀️⛓

Anyways guys, before I become too soppy, I just wanted to let You all know (especially the ones not in tonight’s pic) that I love You so so much and I will never forget Your pretty (and very sweaty) faces. Stay hard Ya’ll! It’s not a goodbye 💪😘

Look at this beautiful bunch of talent!

Here are the behind the scenes of the making of my first ever short mini-film.

I had never taken on the role of director before and jumped into this opportunity of making a short film to learn what it felt like.

From getting the idea out of my head and on paper to scouting for location, storyboarding to light engineering, casting to cinematography, directing to video and sound editing; this experience would have been one of the most soul searching I've ever had.

By working on all aspects of making a film, I've come to discover all the work that comes to it and the respect I have for everyone who works in this industry no matter what their job is.
What came through it was an enriching and enlightening moment of realisation that I actually missed being in front of the camera and that all that's happening behind is way harder than I thought it was, particularly by doing it on your own.

So I'd like to thank all of my talented actresses and actor, @omahony_emily @esitele_z @beya_bianca @anusoorya_shehan @mrjoestassi @sigpeg @sandybaymodelling @madimardari @teuntjevd
for their beautiful work and their amazing patience of working in the cold and late in the day (you know golden hour and blue light are just a short window in time)
And I'd also like to thank the amazing @lucy_jhill for all her support and assistance as well as for the BTS pictures 📸
