SIX SIDES. ZERO BLUEPRINTS.

Millions of years before architects started drawing up plans, honeybees were already perfecting the hexagon.

💜 A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO OUR INCREDIBLE SPEAKERS! 💜
The Menopause Mission Summit wouldn’t have been the same without these amazing experts who took the stage on October 4th! ✨
To Dr. Colleen Norris, Dr. Sheldon Jordan, Kim Bruce, Simone Fleet, and Emily Ouellette — thank you for sharing your knowledge, your expertise, and your passion for helping women navigate menopause with confidence.
You helped us turn conversations that have been whispered about for far too long into conversations that deserve to be heard loud and proud! 🙌
From hormones and heart health to integrative wellness, nutrition, strength, and sexual health, you reminded us why education, understanding, and open conversations matter so much.
And this year, as we welcomed partners into the conversation, you helped us create a space where everyone could learn, ask questions, and better understand this incredible — and sometimes downright confusing — stage of life. 💜
Thank you for being part of our mission to break the stigma, challenge the silence, and empower women with the knowledge and support they deserve.
🎥 Here are a few moments from our incredible speakers who helped make this summit so special!
To our speakers: thank you for lending us your voices, your wisdom, and your hearts. We are so grateful to have had you as part of the Menopause Mission Summit 2026!
Here’s to continuing the conversation, supporting one another, and making menopause impossible to ignore! 💜
