What if you could head into the holiday season feeling LIGHTER, more energized, less bloated, and more in control of your cravings?!

Instead of waiting until January 1st to start feeling better, why not get a head start NOW?!

I’m so excited to announce The Root Method’s 7-Day Functional Medicine Liver Detox — GROUP EDITION!

We’re doing this TOGETHER, and I want YOU to join us!

This isn’t about starving yourself or chasing a number on the scale. It’s about giving your body a break, focusing on whole-food nutrition, and creating healthier habits that actually stick.

Why do a 7-day reset? 👇

✨ Support your liver’s natural detoxification processes

✨ Reduce bloating and feel less puffy

✨ Kick those constant sugar and processed food cravings

✨ Support healthy weight loss

✨ Experience more consistent energy throughout the day

✨ Feel mentally clearer and more focused

✨ Support digestion and regularity

✨ Establish healthier eating habits before the holiday chaos begins

✨ Feel more confident, comfortable, and in control of your choices

Everyone’s experience is different, but after my most recent detox, I personally noticed fewer cravings, more energy, less achiness, and improved sleep and recovery metrics!

And here’s my favorite part… YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE! 🙌

🌿 HERE’S THE DETAILS:

📅 Detox starts: Monday, November 2nd

💰 Investment: $125

📦 Your 7-day detox kit shipped right to your door

Registration closes October 25th!

Imagine walking into Thanksgiving and the holiday season already feeling better instead of telling yourself you’ll start over in January.

You don’t need another New Year’s resolution. You need a plan, support, and a place to start. 💛

Who’s ready to RESET with me?!

👇 Comment DETOX and I’ll send you the link

This program isn’t appropriate for everyone. Check with your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.

The secret is out! 🎉📣💕

Last Monday, we photographed the MAK House Bridal collection for the very first time — our first-ever photo shoot with our very own gowns. It was a total pinch-me moment.

MAK House is named after my dad’s initials, M.A.K. 💕 He was such a huge part of helping me bring The White Dress to life and always encouraged me to dream big. Creating this collection in his honor makes seeing it all come together even more special.

So much dreaming, planning, heart, and love has gone into curating this collection of exclusive-to-TWD dresses, and now I finally get to share them with YOU. 🥰

Here’s your first little peek at MAK House Bridal. 🥹💕

And this is only the beginning… ✨ Last but not least… a HUGE shout out to all the tagged ladies who helped this dream become a reality! Could not have executed this without all of you! 🫶🫶🫶

It’s official. The ROOT Method is launching — and you’re invited.

For years, I’ve watched women walk away from appointments hearing, “Everything looks normal,” while knowing deep down that something still feels off.

Tired. Bloated. Hormones all over the place. Not sleeping. Not feeling like yourself.

And too often, the answer is to manage the symptom instead of asking why it’s happening in the first place.

That’s exactly why I created The ROOT Method.

Join me for an evening celebrating a different approach to women’s health—one that listens, looks deeper, and helps you understand what your body is actually asking for.

The ROOT Method Launch Party
Friday October 9th | 6–8 PM
Le Clink | Downtown Brighton

Come enjoy mocktails + healthy bites, meet local health vendors and practitioners, and hear my keynote:

“You’re Not Broken, the System Is.”

Plus, the first 50 guests receive a swag bag filled with goodies from some amazing partners!

This is more than a launch party. It’s the beginning of something I’ve been dreaming about, building toward, and believing women deserve.

Recognize. Own. Optimize. Thrive.

Spaces are limited — RSVP at jointherootmethod.com/rsvp
