This is the kind of wedding I wish more couples gave themselves permission to have. 🥹

As a planner, I’ll always care about the beautiful details, the timeline + making sure everything runs the way it should. But the whole reason we plan those things so carefully is so that when the day comes, you can forget about all of it.

Eat the tiramisu. Dance with your best friends. Jump in the pool in your wedding clothes.

You’re married. The rest is just a really good party. 🤍

As a mom of three boys, I always knew that when the time came, the rehearsal dinner would be “my thing.” 💙

If you know me, you know I love planning parties, creating meaningful details, and making people feel celebrated. So getting to plan Landon and Kaley’s Italian-themed rehearsal dinner was such a special gift. For months, I dreamed, planned, rearranged tables more times than I can count, and imagined what this evening would look like. Seeing it all come together was even more beautiful than I had hoped.

One of the highlights of the evening was having Beyond Basil serve fresh, wood-fired pizzas made right on-site. It created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere and was absolutely delicious!

It made the night even more meaningful that we were able to celebrate at our dear friends Ray and Amy’s home. Their beautiful backyard was the perfect setting for such a memorable evening.

So many friends poured their hearts into making the night special. Alicia created the most beautiful backdrop for Landon and Kaley, Alyssa generously captured photos throughout the evening so I could simply enjoy being present, and Erin and her amazing team helped set up and clean up everything. It truly takes a village, and I felt so loved and supported.

As I looked around that evening, surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and people who love our family so well, my heart was incredibly full. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect night to celebrate these two before they began their life together.

It was an evening I’ll treasure forever. ❤️🍕🇮🇹

Still trying to process how special this day was.

We spent the weekend surrounded by the people who have been part of our story for so many years, and the amount of love we felt was something we’ll never forget.

We’re grateful, humbled, and feeling incredibly lucky.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us. ❤️
