There’s something about closing that curtain. ✨

You step inside with your favorite person, and for a moment, it’s just you two. Sneak a kiss. Make a ridiculous face. Laugh so hard you forget you’re supposed to be posing.

Then the photo strip comes out, and you’re already smiling at it.

That’s what I love about our Enclosed Booth. It’s beautiful sitting in the room, but the memories people make inside are what make it special.

Someone recently told me that a person described me as someone who “looks like she throws nice parties.” And while I absolutely love creating beautiful experiences, that’s only part of my total sum.

And since I’ve never actually introduced myself on here, here we go. 😂

I’m Sam. 💁🏽‍♀️

Beyond the events, fly fits, good food and occasional shenanigans, I’m also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to women navigating life’s challenges. I also work in learning and development, helping leaders grow and lead more effectively.

And somewhere in between all of that, I'm a mother to a grown daughter and a woman who's still learning, living and evolving.

Lately, I’ve been thinking more about visibility and how our digital footprints don’t always tell the full story. I’ve shared what I’ve had the capacity to share, but I want to be more intentional about showing the other parts of me.

That’s actually why I chose the name Sum of Sam. There’s more than one side to me, and I wanted a space to share all the different parts that make up my total sum.
