WHAT UP WORLD!!! It’s been a long time coming but IM HERE NOW!! The only difference between back when and now is that I’m a completely different person. My mind is different, my focus is different, and most importantly I’ve found my purpose. It’s crazy how fitness has helped me define that purpose and reason within myself. And I just want to share with the world what was given to me. I urge you all to stay tuned in!!

Today is Earth Day 🌎

Get outside today and celebrate this giant floating rock we all call home!

And if you’re working out in the gym with us, something to note is that most of our cardio equipment is eco friendly and requires no electricity! (Only human power) Same goes for the free weights 😉
